MOUNTAIN BIKING, TRAIL RUNNING, HIKING, LEISURE WALKING AND LASER TAG

Flat Rock Ranch is home to about 34 miles of single track caliche trails, curated by ranch owner and well known bicycling enthusiast, Jimmy Dreiss. Because we expect a large volume of mountain bikers, casual hiking on the trails of Flat Rock Ranch is discouraged. Trail running is permitted. There should be enough public space in campsite, performance and nearby areas for guests to walk up to a few miles leisurely without entering the gated single track caliche trails.

Laser tag competitions will be played and officiated by Freedom Fun USA, LLC at a designated site on Flat Rock Ranch, near the music performance area. A 'waiting list' for teams wishing to play laser tag will be kept by Freedom Fun USA. Duration of matches will be decided upon by on site Freedom Fun USA staff. The winning team will be offered first choice to play the next challenger to continue to defend the field, if desired.

MOUNTAIN BIKING, TRAIL RUNNNING AND LASER TAG ARE DANGEROUS. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR CYCLISTS.

Mountain biking, trail running, hiking, laser tag and other Ranch Agritourism activities are intrinsically hazardous experiences or activities with varying surface and environmental conditions. Bicyclists in particular have a wide range of operator expertise. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for any individual who mounts a bicycle on any part of Flat Rock Ranch. This policy is non negotiable and guests who cycle without a helmet should expect to be asked to leave the premises. Helmets are optional for trail runners, hikers and laser tag participants.
