To keep Gryphus safe, sustainable, and fun, we’ve established the following guidelines for outside beverages. Security will be on-site to ensure these rules are followed so everyone stays safe in the Texas heat.

Hydration is Priority #1

Texas heat is no joke. Please prioritize staying hydrated above all else.

• Bring a Refillable Bottle: We strongly encourage reusable, non-glass water bottles.
• Free Water Stations: Look for the “Water Monsters” throughout the grounds for free, chilled refills all weekend. Use them often!

Permitted Items & Personal Limits

We want you to enjoy your favorite drinks responsibly. Each attendee is permitted to bring:

• Cans Only: All beer, cider, and seltzer must be in aluminum cans.
• Wine Packaging: Boxed wine or wine transferred into plastic carafes only.
• RTDs: Pre-mixed “Ready to Drink” cans (e.g., canned margaritas or cocktails) are allowed.
• Liquor: Permitted in plastic containers only. Please note: The festival does not provide mixers; please bring your own (non-glass) juices or sodas.
• Coolers: Standard coolers are welcome. However, oversized “coffin” coolers are not permitted in the main stage viewing areas to ensure there is space for everyone.

Ice on Site

We will have ice available on-site. Supplies are limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving with your coolers pre-chilled and fully stocked.

The “Big No-Nos” (Prohibited Items)

The following items are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival without a refund.

1. NO GLASS BOTTLES: This is our strictest rule. For the safety of the land and the bare feet of your fellow fans, glass of any kind (beer, wine, mixers, or mineral water) is strictly prohibited.
2. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING: You must be 21+ with a valid ID and the official event 21+ wristband to consume alcohol. Underage drinking or providing alcohol to minors will result in immediate ejection and potential law enforcement involvement.
